Writer's Block: Who's in your neighborhood
How well do you know your next-door neighbors?
I do not know any of them and its just fine with me. i do however know that there is some loser who lives above us that has loud parties every thursday night and he has lots of booze and underage girls and we have called the cops on him twice now. he is a dj of some kind with a mullet and 80s inspired clothes, but not the cool kind, the kind that he is actually stuck in that bad 80s clothes... his balcony is also covered in plants and he drizzles water onto my balcony everyday. all in all, he would be a great character for a book, but in real life he is an extremely annoying neighbor.
