I'm up packing cookie boxes. It's after midnight and I feel like I have a contact sugar high from baking all day. Seriously. I haven't been eating the dough much (but a good chef always tests their product for, you know, proper seasoning and such). I feel sugar and chocolate and ginger in my skin and in my hair. I would happily take a shower and go to sleep right now, but the infamous Gwen dog is loose and on the prowl tonight.
