(no subject)
Its been a long time since I have posted. I just got back from orientation and I was quite pleased with the result. I met some really nice people, adn accomplished a lot of my financial aid and career aspects. I was actually offered a job at the career center when I went to sign my resume release form(I don't have a yet), because the women there at the desk said I was a real people person and needed someone at the front desk. Its not bad pay for office work, somewhere between seven fifty and seven seventy five. I still want to make my resume and see what other offers I recieve.
Don't get me wrong, the sessions were boring and repetitive at times, and there were some really stuck up people there, but overall it wasn't bad. No wild parties this time. Instead of going dancing at Holly J, we play cards with a few people from all over Florida. I did teach someone to salsa though, yey. There were many jokes, make questions, but few true frustrations. Orientation was pretty good, one month from today is the real deal. *crosses fingers*
