Have been partying all day with THE PRIMAL BLUEPRINT COOKBOOK, by the folks who brought you the Primal way of eating. Tried their Slow Cooker Italian Pot Roast (to DIE for when made with pasture-raised beef) and am now doing a double-batch of Zucchini Egg Bake (zukes, onion, butter, eggs, parmesan, sausage) which not only looks delicious, but looks very lunch-able for Carle (it's always a challenge finding freezer-friendly food that I can pack for lunches for him to heat up). Tomorrow's dinner is chicken thighs in a Greek marinade with a side of braised brussel sprouts with hazelnuts and browned butter -- YOWZA!
