You Know You're Having a Bad Day When...
... you are 2nd in the Japanese Formula 1 Grand Prix, in atrocious weather conditions, having thrown up in your helmet from a dodgy meal the night before, lapping faster than the race leader, 20 laps from the end, *under safety car conditions* and some 20 year old punk in the car behind you punts you off the race-track, destroying your rear suspension in the process.
Mark Webber, you poor, poor bastard. Good on you for dropping an f-bomb on live TV!
