I broke my cherry!
No, not *that* cherry, my LJ one...
I'm not a writer. I'm hardly even a talker at the best of times, as those that know me will attest I'm sure. The last time I wrote something of significant length would have been when I was at university. That, scarily enough, is getting on to 10 years ago now. How time flies in the real world.
So, to those that have been bugging me to write this, sf-dtail-49 and now to a lesser extent beyondthe-sea, I say enjoy what little this is for it's likely to be the only thing here for a long time! Unless I manage to catch a case of verbal(literary?) diaorrhea sometime soon... In fact, it's taken me over an hour and a half to actually write this, although I am trying to work at the same time ;)
Anyway, enjoy it for what it is, the equivalent of getting blood from a stone.
