I went to the farmers market and bought a pumpkin. I decided that the small ones were too small so i got the big carving ones. Well they are way too big for the purpose of eating. I baked 1/2 of it and still have the other 1/2 sitting in the fridge. I have already made pumpkin soup, baked pumpkin cubes, and pumpkin puree --> it tastes like the middle part of pumpkin pie; minus all the crazy calories. I probably will be eating this pumpkin for the next few weeks.
