Another missed opportunity.

Today when I was at work I overheard a conversation in which I wish I would have said something, but I didn't. There was a guy and lady talking about religion. And the they were talking about how there is only one God, but it didn't matter what you called him or what religion you were as long as it was Christian. The guy was completely fed up with the Catholic religion and was leaning toward Buddhism. The lady, however, felt that people who didn't at least believe in Jesus were not going to be saved. She felt that Jesus was God. The guy was of the opinion that God, Jesus, the Trinity, Jehovah, Buddha, etc. are all the same. He actually said Jehovah's name. When he expressed his feelings about certain aspects of organized religion and the hypocrisy of Christendom I just wanted to yell out "No you are wrong! Jehovah's organization has the answer to all your questions and is the TRUE religion, no hypocrisy, at it can offer you something better than Nirvana...life here on Earth in a perfect state!" But did I? No. I really, really wish I would've said something, but I was at work and didn't want to start a big thing and I wasn't even part of the conversation, I was just working next to them.

Another note Mike called me last night and told me to get in my car pick up Meghan and drive to Tiger Discount to meet him since he, Aaron, Miranda, and Breezee were passing through. I was already at Meghan's so that wasn't a problem. I was SO happy to see him! You made my day Mike. I hadn't seen Aaron for awhile either and I hadn't met Miranda yet, so it was a nice night.
