baby mice + nother question
Hey everybody!
My shelter just got in another pregnant momma,and just a few days ago she gave birth to 16 babies! I've been reading up on how to care for them online, but I was wondering if anyone had any particular advice on what to feed momma while she's lactating, as well as exactly when/how much time I should spend holding the newborns to ensure they are comfortable with humans later??
Also, is it possible for domestic mice to breed with wild mice? Another group of mice we have at the shelter look to me like wild mice, but their mom is definitely domestic.
