Two starts of TurkStream... without Putin's blessing
The Pioneering Spirit vessel passed through the Dardanelles Strait, but the construction of TurkStream pipeline still does not look real without the blessing of president Putin.
Vladimir Putin has inaugurated the construction of all major pipeline projects of Gazprom, except TurkStream. Both the first start on May 8, 2015, and the second one on May 7, 2017, went on without any blessing from the president of Russia.
