There's things about locking up a cyborg that some people don't precisely consider.

Such as this: Arabelle twists one hand around, grabbing onto the rack with it, and giving it a timed command before there's a click and clack, and the wrist joint releases from her arm. The hand repositions itself with the empty wrist joint upwards.

The way the shackles are designed, they're dependent on the width of Arabelle's hands to prevent her from pulling herself free.

This doesn't work when her hand's not there anymore. She yanks her arm free with a whispered 'Yes'. This done, a bit of awkward positioning, and she can reattach her hand to the joint, flexing her fingers when it's fully connected. [Connection complete. Right hand online.]

Arabelle grabs the other shackle. With both arms powering against it, it doesn't take much to yank her left arm free of the rack, although it's a loud wrenching metal sound as this is accomplished.

She can't waste time. As smart as this folks are, there are going to be contingencies for escapes such as this. Both hands free, she turns the forceful power of her cybernetic strength on the 'belt' around her waist. The hinge connected to it snaps, and drops to the floor. Arabelle nearly pitches forward herself, but catches her balance on the rack, crouching down awkwardly to break the shackles around her ankles.

With an unbalanced thud, Arabelle drops to the floor unceremoniously, groaning.

"Heh." She leans up on her hands and knees, "Heavy metal hinges. Typical." She examined the door with her hand, "But not indestructible." She shifted her weight, flexed her fingers, and jammed her hands in the bottom portion of the door, and gave a twisting yank.

The hinge snapped loudly as it gave way, the door groaning quietly at the pressure. She hupped up, repeating the process with the upper one. She took a step back, and rammed her shoulder into the door.

It fell outwards onto the floor. Hopefully, some poor sap wasn't behind it.

Arabelle leaps out into the hall and onto the door, in a low crouch with wings partway spread.

Clearly, this is going to end all sorts of well.
