So this is... I think I understand what my sister meant. This solitude she spoke of.

This is how it feels to not be in The Woods embrace. It's so silent... so cold.

Of course, judging by what you've said, you don't leave it much. It's a big world, though. Those that stay in one macrocosm will eventually be forced into interaction by the march of progress.

I suppose it depends on what you think of human nature. Humans expand, they have a drive to increase their lands and resources.

I know mostly what I have been told of humes... this is the longest I have ever been around them.

If you are good to the ground and trees, the world around you... taking only what you need, using it wisely, there should be no need to for more.

But then again, you humes are far greater in number than us Viera. I suppose you would need more of everything. Land, food, water.

I have heard that some humes do it out of greed, wanting more than they really have need for. It... saddens me to hear this.
