Another Panera Sucks Story
Rachelle was in line for Panera and got to the front of the line and was told that it would be a few minutes on the souffles because they were still in the oven. So she waits. 15 minutes later they have sold them all after they come out of the oven, despite the fact that they told her to wait for one. They offered no compensation. I told her to go back and DEMAND it. That is shitty customer service. There are so many things they could have done. Free pastry? Free beverage? Free bagel? That just disgusts me. And they aren't making anymore. That's the last batch.
