oops 4 weeks.
I've been too busy trying to find my secret admirer to update. I got a Christmas present from a 'mystery man' along with a note saying, "I want to spend the rest of my life with you." As creepy as it sounds, I'm out looking for the person. I woke up Christmas morning accompanied by a few friends, family, and eventually a package containing a diamond encrusted platinum pendant in the shape of a butterfly. It was adressed to me as, "My butterfly, MC". So now, I'm out to seek the persons true intentions. According to a "source" I'm a single girl and any man who goes to that much effort is worth meeting. Personally, I think I should stay as far away as I can because chances are it's a very rich Donald Trump-like person with worse hair and an uglier face.
Later on in the day, I performed at the 21st annual Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade. In other news, I'm expected to scorch the charts again, and this year I'm going to make my broadway debut. My album The Emancipation of Mimi is due out March 22, apparently I am serious about my new nickname. You can expect R. Kelly, N.O.R.E., Jermaine Dupri, Randy Jackson, the Neptunes, and Snoop Dogg among others on the album. There is going to be a little something for everyone on this one. It should do well.
To finish up the recap for Christmas, I gave my closest friends diamond encrusted stockings that I made myself. Thats just a preview of the hosiery line I'm going to debut next year called Mariah Kiss Kiss. Theres a lot of other celebrities who have lingerie lines, I guess I'm added to that list now. Basically, I'm going to be a busy girl for 2005.
Speaking of 2005, I celebrated in Vegas at Caesar's Palace. Kiss started out by performing, followed by my newest single featuring Jadakiss. Not too long before the countdown, I hosted a champagne toast to the opening of Caesar's new club, Pure. I'm looking forward to this year, and I'll make one of my resolutions to be around more.
