For those of you who use NON-CC Pay Pal...
How exactly do you use it?
Since day one I've used my debit card (but, of course, Pay Pal say these are "credit cards").
I've noticed that the majority of people on Live Journal and other forums use - or at least ask for - "Non-CC" Pay Pal.
My Pay Pal account was messed up big time so I've had to make a whole new account just for my other, non-CC bank account. I'm not really sure how to use it this way - it says I can't send money until I've added funds to my Pay Pal account...but to add funds, I have to wait 7-9 days?!
If anyone could tell me how they, personally, use Pay Pal for buying and selling makeup, etc. on Live Journal and elsewhere - using a non-CC account - I would be VERY grateful.
