Rainy and cool like a June in Seattle. Sigh...
Read an intersting article today. Generally it broached several ideas.
First was that our Foreign assistance should be based on the level of development of the country receiving it rather than treating all countries the same. Works for me!
Second, that while Christian evengelicals could deliver goods and services faster and cheaper than government programs, we should not live the playing feild to them. They tend to develop hiarchical systems making the recievers dependent on them while the goal of aid should be to promote sovereinty.
