Cloverfield

So I went and saw Cloverfield with Alan-chan. Let me just say that it was awesome. I loved the way it was filmed, like a high budget form of Blairwitch. I got really attached to Hud, our camera man. And now, I've heard from my roomie that there was a sound clip at the end of the credits.  Apparently, it isn't dead.

And I mean, didn't they nuke the city? That's what the sirens were about, right? But if they do create another one, I want them to do it from the perspective of one of the soliders, like the black guy they met coming up from the subway. Mostly, I'm just interested in the origin of the creature. Space? They do say that something has 'found' us. Was it really just sleeping underwater? What does the tanker have to do with anything? Just what does the government know? So many questions. Though I think the movie would make a kickass video game. It would be like a more probable Silent Hill. The one thing I don't get though, is why didn't they arm themselves? I know the first place I would hit up would be the local pawn shop for the heaviest artillery they offer and munitions. Anyway, I loved it. ^^

Anyone catch the latest Naruto Manga?

Okay, so I'm going to list what we know about the Sharingan and the Uchihas:
1-three tomoes is the most powerful without gaining some form of the Mangekyou
2-you must kill your best friend to gain the Mangekyou
3-the Sharingan was created to control the Kyuubi
4-There are only 3 Uchihas left in existence.
5-the founder of the Uchiha clan is alive (Madara)

Okay, so now that we know all that I've got some questions:
1-If the Sharingan was created to control the Kyuubi, why did none of the Uchiha's use it as such during the attack?
2-Did Madara release the Kyuubi on the village?
3-Just how did he become immortal?
4-How is Kakashi able to modify the Sharingan?

My head is offically hurting. And not just because of the questions. Think about all the doors this opens up in fanfiction. The plot bunnies are attacking! Argh!
