Today
02-00 saw me hit the hay, after a night doing red cross work in Blackburn, Sleep was desperately needed
05-49 I thought oh lovely a nice day so got myself motivated for the day, by 06-00 I was Washed and dressed, Tristan was up and fed shortly thereafter it looked like a fantastic day I was already looking forwards to a great day out with Sean and The East Lancs Raynet team. Ok it rained most of the day and we didn't get back until 8pm but it was a job thoroughly enjoyed by all. I cannot understand people who will not commit even an hour to help out other people as If you can't offer other people your support then you can't ever expect support from others.
I took with me my colinear and mast, a 2m rig a 70cm rig and we where fine with that :) (plus handies)
All in all STOMPING :) I must admit its jobs like this that make life worth living, not money I couldn't quite frankly care about that, I'd rather by content and satisfied with my lot in life ;) that rich and unhappy. Oh money can buy the next new toy, but is it good, if you can't appreciate it for its value. I feel the same about the environment now as I do about money I'd rather appreciate and protect the environment rather than waste it and leaving a world that is our legacy to our children to pick up the pieces and our grand kids legacy.
Ahh satisfied and tired, one more thing to do, I have a prearranged Net this evening. Then an early night methinks::
