baby update
2 tuesdays ago (the 22nd) Went to my weekly NST and started having REALLY BAD pains in my ribs and my upper back so bad that i couldnt breath! They came in and put another monitor on me to see if i was contracting. I was having irregular ones and then about 4 that lasted longer than 30 seconds so they decided to send me over to labor and delievery. We leave and get some food cause we were starved and get that around 1:30. At 2 i finally get hooked up to the monitors and finish registering and answering lots of questions...then i get an IV (yucky) She had to do it twice because my vein rolled the first time..that sucked. After she got it in and took some blood she hooked up from fluids to see if getting me hydrated would help. It felt soooo werid and cold only in my right arm. Only when i got up to pee would i get cold in my feet and shakey. I got checked to see if the contractions were dialating me and i was only 1 cm so they werent.
Then at about 4 i got a shot of terbuline to stop the contractions. I was still having little irregular ones and then real ones that were 6 mins apart. Dane left after they gave me the shot to get some school work and get stuff because we didnt know if we were staying the night or havin the babies or what and that sucked bc that shot made me feeel HORRIBLE. I was shakey and my heart felt like it was racing and ahh i hated it. I finished my second IV and the contractions had stopped...all but the irregular ones but they said i was probably havin them because my uterus is so big with two babies in there. So at like 5 something i got checked again and was still the same so i wasnt in labor and needed to decided if i wanted to stay there and get some meds for my back and upper stomach pain or if i just wanted to go home. I picked to go home because the pain was getting ALOT better and i knew i would be more comfy and all at home so at about 6 dane FINALLY got back (jerk-off) and took me home. since then my back pain hasnt been near as bad as it was that day.. i mean some times it hurts a lil but i just take a tylenol and its managable.
This past tuesday (29th...35 weeks)(I weigh 138.) i had a NST and was only there from 10:40-11:05 and i was done and then went back into the waitin room (for a fucking hour!!!) then went back to have a growth scan. Drake weighed 5lbs 5oz and Evander was 5lbs 3oz and they were VERY happy bout their only being 2oz differant.They are still heads down. We saw that evander has hair so that was cool. We saw drakes eye lens move and that was werid but cool at the same time. They were both practice breathing also.
Tomorrow i go to my OB and am going to see what she is planning (if anything) bout the birth or if shes just gonna wait til i go into labor or whatever. Only 2 weeks and 5 days (19 days holy shit) until im 38 weeks and at the point my OB doesnt want me to go past.
