I AM DONE WITH OUR TAXES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This may not seem like much to the regular person who takes their W-2 into H'n'R Block and after 15 minutes says, "When do I get my check?" but to those of us with LOTS of complicated income from multiple states, a home, a business, moving like bunnies, many deductions, depreciations, spreadsheets, annual summaries (I could go on, are you getting bored yet?)
Anyway - it's a lot of work and a huge pain in the ass. We usually get money back but not enough to make this whole thing worth it. Maybe I should pop out some kids... then the big bucks come at tax time. Wait no Michael would have to leave me and then the big bucks would come in.
Can I write off Ralph? People get to write off their kids... he's kind of like a kid... ah, carefull, try not to offend people with kids> but you all know that I think that write off thing is bullshit anyway. (Trying not to seque into political topic of taxes and general hate for the current administration)
Life can only get better. I'm basically done with our taxes. I've paid our major annual bills that come due around now. I have a healthy, happy, sleeping ball of fur in my lap. Our group has decided to learn German - my first choice. Our house is just about clean enough to entertain heads of state. I have some errands to run - gets me out of the house. My writing seems to be coming together. (I could go on, are you getting bored yet?)
Life is good.
BTW - pets are not really deductable unless you buy them as a ranch asset and then the posibilities are endless... :-)
