Tiring week!
Hey there people! What's up? :0 It's been a long week for me.
First of all, school's finally over and I'm finally getting a well-deserved break! :D My grades were okay, I guess. I'll have to work harder next year. It's been a really tough school year, though, and it's so sad to see some people I know had to be held back. I wish them all the best of luck. D: ♥
With grades finally out of my mind, my Mom took me and my sister out of town to spend the weekend. Some of her office mates also came along though being the shy/awkward/anti-social person I was, I didn't really communicate much with them. But overall it was an enjoyable trip, especially the part where we went to see this really beautiful waterfall! *___*
The waterfall is located in a place called Madakaripura~ To get there, we had to walk along this small path that is approximately one kilometer in length. The scenery was so beautiful, though! It looked like something from the jurassic times. 8D Think of the sceneries in King Kong~
After the long walk, we had to cross the small river and climbed up some rocks. The water was freezing cold. 8D;; The climbing part was kind of scary, the rocks were all mossy and slippery. Thankfully, we had guides to help us know which rock to step on and which part to avoid.
I was IN AWE when I got there. 8D The place is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL and had this mysterious aura that drew me to it. Local legend says that once, this was the hideout of an ancient warrior. Well, I'd believe the legend. I mean, who knows? The place feels so spiritual.
Just look at its beauty! I'd really love to come back there. :D
And yesterday, I took the DELF A1 exam. I don't think I've written about it before but yes, I'm taking private French lessons. 8D The reason why I don't speak much of it is because err, I'm not really good at it. I did okay on the exam though. The written part was quite easy but the oral part was not so easy. 8D But I can hardly say I flunked it. I think I'm going to pass~ :DD *optimist*
What else? Oh yeah, I finally updated widewindow with a fresh batch of icons today. :DD Tee-hee. Go check it out and tell me what you think? :DD ♥ Pretty please?
