Has anyone else tried to order the book from TheBookCellar.com? Because I've got at least two people now who are saying they haven't received the book and can't get their money back. Man, I love investigating stuff :D I work at the Serious Fraud Office in London, not that that's going to be ANY help whatsoever (and I only work in Exhibits anyway) But the whole crime fighting thing is my life :D

I ordered a textbook from them in September. It never arrived. Thankfully, I had paid with a really good card: they refunded the money and (it is to be hoped,) are making the life of this firm as hellish as possible!
