“You sure are wearing a lot of green lately,” Leo said off handed matter.
Mike paused for a second from wiping the table. He glanced down at himself than at him.
“I’m wearing grey and black, Leo.”
“You’re holding a green rag.”
Mike looked down at his hand then at him.
“Because Damon’s work rag was closer?”
He just smiled. Mike sighed softly.
“Bro…that doesn’t mean anything.”
“Of course, it doesn’t.”
“Leo…just say what you want to say.”
“Are you and Damon dating?”
“No.”
He paused for a moment. He looked over his brother’s expression. He always could tell when Mike was lying to him. His eyes gave him away every time like right now. He could push it. His brother would just clam up.
Maybe, Kai was right. Maybe, he needed try a different approach.
Maybe, he should try Damon again.

Maya thought that Damon and Mike are adorable. It made her miss Kendrix dearly when she watched them. Kai and Leo made it shown that they were “dating”. Mike and Damon are much quieter about it. She has seen many courtship rites among her people. She could recall the signs when she saw them. Touching…Sharing moments…laughing….
That is why she thought Leo’s idea wasn’t a very good one.
“Leo…I don’t know why you wish for Damon to go on one of these blind dates. Mike and Damon are….dating,” She said.
Leo just stared at her.
“You knew!”
She tilted her head slightly.
“Of course, I knew. They always have a movie date on Friday nights. They have been showing me old Earth’s movies.”
She loved that little alien.
“But that isn’t a date that more of a friend date.”
She blinked and frowned. What was Leo talking about? Everyone is invited to the Friday’s movie night. It was Saturday’s tv night that no one was invited to.
“There is a different?”
“Yes.”
“But I don’t understand.”
“Don’t worry. I explain it to you, Maya.”
She listened to Leo’s explanation as one thought popped into her head.
Earthings are weird.

Kai really really didn’t like his boyfriend’s idea and he told him. Mike didn’t like the idea once he heard it. Oh, Mike didn’t say anything but he knew. Mike got all tense and went to find Damon.
Leo just gave him a happy grin and told him that this would work. This was crazy. He should really leave Mike and Damon alone. They were happy. Leo was nosey but he wanted to know if his brother was happy. He could have sworn there in a line somewhere.
In all honesty, sometimes, he couldn’t quite believe that Damon and Mike were dating. After he started watching, it wasn’t very hard to see and talking to Maya helped. They were quiet about it. They weren’t like Leo and him.
He blushed slightly.
That was a thought for another time.
Right now, he had to stop his boyfriend from doing something stupid.
Easier said that done.

Leo was grinning like crazy.
His plan worked! The expressions on Damon and Mike’s faces were priceless. He got his answer too.
It was good to see his brother and his best friend happy.
He is so getting the biggest slice of cake at their wedding.
