My sister's baby shower
Today was my sister's baby shower which was marginal. The only part that made it worth the while were my sisters, Erica and Dawn, and my Aunt Marilyn and Cousin Sheila. First of all, Erica, because she got SO MANY freakin' gifts I can't even begin to tell you. In Lamen's, all she has to buy now are diapers and formula. EVERYTHING, and I mean, EVERYTHING, has already been given to her. It's craaaaazay! She was so happy too and that made me happy. And I quote my sister trying to quote me,"It was muy bueno."
Second in my short list is my sister Dawn. This is pretty much self-explanatory (1. Because it's dawn, and 2. because it's Dawn) but I'll tell the details anyway. So we start playing a word scramble where we have to unscramble a group of words, all centered around "baby stuff". So we're going over the answers and number 7 is "booties". All us girls in the room, are like, "Ahh! That's it!" and my sister says," Haha, I put bootsie." Haha! I'll be laughing for days.
So that's what composed my day. That and listening to a set of Blue Collar Cd's. If you've never heard them or seen the show, you must. They are hilarious, at the least.
