Did you know I became sort of a vegan a couple of months ago? I had been eating a lot of meat/dairy and been feeling really crappy. Like of like thick on the inside. Definitely not very much energy, feeling simultaneously overburdened and incapacitated by what I was eating. So I stopped eating meat and dairy products. Mostly. I'm not very strict about it, I eat some meat some times (mostly on special occasions when someone else makes it, and even then only in very small amounts) but I mostly cook for myself and I mostly stopped including meat/dairy/eggs in my own regular diet. The only thing I regularly choose for myself is yogurt once or twice a week, and fish sometimes. And I don't worry about things with minimal 'contamination' like foods baked with milk or egg ingredients.
But I can definitely feel a difference. Try it out! Moderation can be achieved!
