No one says his name quite like Teyla does and John likes hearing it from her more than he should. He doesn’t know why he likes the slow, cautious way she says it but it never fails to excite him . He pays more attention to her lips when she speaks, full, pink and begging to be kissed. Yet her words move him just as much.
It’s a wonder he’s only done it just once. It doesn’t matter that it was while he was infected with the Iratus bug. He can’t deny that the retrovirus had simply played off his hidden urges with her. He had essentially played with fire and Teyla had burned him like no one else.
One day he knows he’ll do it again and when he does he’ll make sure she know it’s him.
