One problem possibly solved, another arises.
Searching through pictures online today, I decided to search on yahoo images, rather than just google. Found someone after a while that had made Melfina's Leyline outfit.... Found out it's someone on AC Paradise.

It looks... okay, if you aren't familiar with it. But close up, it looks a little awkward to me. She says she used a catsuit and just altered it a little, so I guess that's what I'm going to have to do. I don't know why, but the chest detail bugs me the most on this costume. >.>' Since there is only one butt shot for two seconds in the whole series, it looks like she came up with her own design for the back side [which is what i'll probably end up doing]. But so far, at least I know that SOMEONE out there has made it, so it is a probable costume. I can't give up hope yet. [I've been really close to giving up this week on a lot of things]
Another is Gene Starwind's caster gun. I REALLY want to make it. But I want to make it out of wood. Went to hobby lobby, and they don't have wood wide enough for what I need. =/ Other options? Styrofoam but that's a bitch when it comes to painting it. And way to easily breakable. there's also cardboard, but with the indentations all over on the gun, that makes it a little difficult and ends up making it look weird since I can't do curves with cardboard tubes. If i can't find wood wide enough at a craft store, i might have to go to home depot or something of the like and see if they have something... =/ also couldn't even find any wooden guns [the kinds that like shoot rubber bands and stuff]. Anyone know where I can find one? I need the handle of it for the caster. =/
