yay! i wondered what happened to you too. i never thought the "boston community" would actually lead me to an old friend. :)

right now i'm in the middle of trying to finish up my semester, so it's a little crazy, but i'm good. i go back and forth between Newton and Amherst as I'm in grad school at UMass Amherst for labor studies (social justice and the like), but my folks are still here in Newton & i like to come home on weekends. i think i'll be here for the summer interning.

i took a glimpse at your photo website -- i dont remember you being quite the photographer! really nice pictures.

friended you back, of course.

Ah livejournal. :-)

Wow, labor studies! That's a topic I find myself thinking about a lot these days. For a while I had been thinking about becoming a social worker, and I took some classes in the topic. I might still pursue that career path but I'm trying to decide between that and photography.

Good to hear from you again! Thanks for the compliments on the pictures. :-)

that's one of the better reactions i've gotten! i usually get a blank stare from people our age, or if via lj, no comment at all :) i've really enjoyed the program and it relates to so much in the world that it doesnt feel like anything else i've ever studied.

are you currently enrolled anywhere? both career possibilities sound potentially rewarding and enriching.

this is wild! so good to have "run into you" :)
