I think I'm suffering from igottalottamusicus. I simply have too many records on my ipod to possibly listen to them all even though I want to.
Case in point, I downloaded Cobra Starship "while the City Sleeps, We Rule the Streets" probably a year ago and quickly ignored it when "!Viva la Cobra!" (Ignore my nonspanish speaking phone-ternet) came out. I recently joined a gym and with almost every event in my life I set out to create a soundtrack. I needed a short fast bloodpumping playlist for the gym, so Cobras was a nescessary addition (along with "Get Into the Groove"). I semi accidentally pressed play on "Church of Hot Addiction" a song I had previously disregarded. Wouldn't ya know it, that song has been on almost constant repeat since 2 days ago. I'm actually thinking of just playing that song on repeat through my whole workout.
The point is I probably never would have listened to it. It would have just sat here on my ipod watching me play "Angie" and "Send My Love to the Dancefloor..." Wishing for me to one day discover its pure awesomeness. Man, Gabe Saporta I ain't mad at ya.
Here's my playlist...(I won't be uploading mixes again until I get a new laptop)
