i need your to read this story
first, you need to know it's been raining for four hours, give or take.
tonight, jake and i hung out for a minute. we ate tortillas, and visited wal-mart, where he flirted like crazy, and we had a good time. he gave me a christmas present (amazing gingerbread lotion and menthalated (is that a word?) black cherry lip gloss (mmm!).
then, i was going to rachel's to take pictures of her being a 50's housewife or something, and turned down McGee. Unbeknownst to me, McGee was flooded. very much. and i got stuck. in the water. that was up to the bottom of my door. luckily, several friendly boys (men?) came around and tried to push me and stuff. one called the fire department to come get me, one smoked a cigarette with me (i was smoking like a train because i was so so so frazzled, and all cloves too because that's all i had, which had to be terrible for me). while we were sitting around waiting for the fire department, the water rose two inches or so, and started to flood my car. it was a party. fortunately, i just cleaned my car out over the weekend, so there weren't masses of wet clothes and trash to go through. just wet grossness.
when the tow truck finally took me home (because my car wouldn't really run), i called rach to see if she'd go vacuum out the water with me. it could run, i just didn't want to chance it, you know? but it ended up going fine all the way to the car wash, but the vacuums were turned off, so instead i bought another pack of cigarettes (perique american spirits, fyi), then we visited chris.
naturally, while we visited chris, we visited will, then kashina. will greeted us in nothing but a towel, and maybe i had a heart attack? then just as naturally will checked rachel out because she's hot shit, and i got all discouraged, then rachel encouraged me.
kashina is going to talk to chris about setting up a double date for her, a boy named sean, will, and me. i love kashina. i'm not sure why we ever stopped hanging out.
now rachel is working on her duette (i like spelling it that way), and i'm going to go do something.
