A witch who predicts the time in a country where it rains 90% of the time ... I think I can understand why the others witches find it laughable ...
I doubt it is necessary to be a witch to predict changes in the weather. Any person born and raised in Scotland should be able to it, just like in Sunnydale where anyone born and raised here know which days it will rain without needing to check the weather forecast on the TV !
However, if she believes that she is a great "weather witch", who are we to contradict her ? It is better for you to pretend that you take her seriously on this matter, as the others members of her Coven do that.
