Garden Awesomeness!

Just went out and made my first harvest of the year- some absolutely luscious, tender red lettuce! Officially best salad ever! And I totally can't wait til my radishes are ready next week. I found a neat recipe in the paper where you sauté them in butter and a bit of pepper. I've only ever had them raw (yum!) but I'm excited about trying them a new way, too.

Totally loving my garden today- and I'm getting even more excited about my apple trees being in bloom for the first time. Ahead of schedule, and utterly lovely. :)
