I had an aversion towards Sam since the first episode due to the fact is was so damn obvious they would start throwing her at Jack sooner or later. Fics like this one lets me forget that every once in a while and reminds of how much I might have liked her had the writers not gone that way. Plus, you know, reading tok'ra fic is always fun.

After reading the other fic of this author, I naturally hopped over to her LJ to see if she had written more. She had, and this is one of my favorite fics of those. Set in the future, it still holds ties to what happened when they were younger and that really makes the fic.

Now, this fic might need a few reads to fully get, but when you do it's simply wonderful. Somehow, it managed to portray how well the three of them fit together better than most other fics with the pairing I've read.
