"Why do I have to be the elf?"
Hardison sighed, and then brightened, "Elves steal things."
"Really?" Parker looked a little less annoyed.
"Lots of things. And they're real good at sneaking in places."
Eliot snorted and considered all the ways he could hurt Alec with the twelve-sided die sitting in front of him.
"Sneaking is good. Are there paintings in this imaginary world?" Parker was never one to let an opportunity go to waste, after all.
"Yeah. A museum and everything." Maybe he shouldn't have come up with this idea for team bonding night. Not that they knew that's what it was, and Sophie and Nate had both bowed out two seconds after he'd suggested it. But Alec Hardison genuinely liked (most) people, and wanted to show his teammates that.
If they'd just quit complaining about the games he'd picked for them to play.
"OK. I'm an elf." Parker leaned forward and dumped a handful of dice in front of Hardison, "Which one do I start with?"
It was gonna be a long night.
