1. People reading the BBC Torchwood novels (if there are any of you), can you tell me if David Llewellyn's 'Trace Memory' is typical for them? I mean in style, tone, etc ( Read more... )

You never quite explained how you were pressed.

2. O, good idea. I WILL write something for the porn battle. Even if it involves total abuse of a prompt

3. I SO want Jury duty and no one will let me have it. :jealous:

3a. Pinches your cheeks.

4. Interesting how that works - I think it helps to have a canon that is imperfect, oddly. I'm sure I've shared this fabulous and new insight with you before. ;]

With, um, soap and water?

2. YAY. I keep trying and getting, like, two paragraphs and then giving up.

3. I would give you mine if I could. I'm losing 16 hours of work and getting paid for three.

4. I'm not sure about the imperfectness... maybe more that I really like crossovers? Because TW is imperfect, it's just that the imperfections don't annoy me (or cause headdesking). Also, they don't continue to relegate their women to having babies. *kicks Stargate*

5. HAHAHAH. Yes.

I'm not sure how attached you are to watching the end of s4 of DW, but I'd watch the end of TW first if you haven't already been spoiled for it.

Oh, I know. I'm not planning to watch the end bits anytime soon, and we're just incredibly bad/lazy about getting through the rest of TW (I suspect I'm reluctant to lose that "OMG NEW EPISODES, YAY!" patina of sparkliness)
