Apartment! *o*
Eric and I got an apartment!
We can't move in until 2 1/2 - 3 weeks from now, though, which really sucks. In the meantime, we're getting things set up so that the move-in goes as smoothly as possible. Pictures shall come after we move into the place.
Our new landlord seems really nice. Her name is Sylwia (pronounced Sylvia), and she's from Poland. She has an American husband, Justin, and they have an adorable daughter and a sweet but shy kitty cat. The prices out here are pretty outrageous, but this one was a "good deal," compared to the other apartments of its same size - plus, it's at a great location, near the light rail and Yahoo!.
Time for me to eat breakfast, then start today's adventure to get our security deposit money to Sylwia.
