Mine only cracked on one finger, though I was drawing so much that sweat was getting into it and it hurt like hell.

Also, do not hit your finger with an exacto blade. >.>' I was using it as a ripper on the hem of my pants (to make them longer) and my hand slipped and I hit my finger with the very tip of it. Like THE point. I hardly bled at all, which shocked me, but all of a sudden I got this bruise forming in front of my eyes and it started like swelling. I was like, "OH SHIT!" I guess maybe it hit and like went through the vein or something. o.O? Like when you get your blood drawn or something. I don't know, but it was really weird. ^.^' It is kinda lame to say I hit my hand with an exacto blade and got a bruise rather than a cut.

Washing dishes daily = massively cracked hands. >.<# That, and having to wash hands more often: before cooking, during cooking if handling raw meat, taking out trash about every 2 days...oh, and the dish washing is not just once a day, but whenever we're going to have a meal, 'cause the thing we need is dirty from our last meal. ToT

Sadly, knitting doesn't help, as it's a lot of hand activity - same with drawing. However, I just re-discovered my Bath and Body Works body cream stuff (I'm almost out), and it has saved my hands, for today! *o*

Homework is evil. I'd boycott it, but it affects my grades. x.x

I've actually been using enough lotion (which is still barely any) that my hands haven't been too bad. The most they've done is crack a little on a nuckle when I'm having my busy days.

Man, the amount of lotion I go through is ridiculous: every time I wash my fucking hands, I put on lotion. And yet! My hands are still cracked badly on 5 knuckles, plus I have randomly acquired 5 paper cuts. Time for me to get more Bath and Body Works body cream!
