Though I understand the difference you made, and though I detest conflict, I must protest. Certainly dwelling on sadness and bitching doesn't make things better. What I believe you fail to realize is that there are people who have trouble not doing that. You understand certainly that there are certain problems that cannot simply be dealt with. Things like loss, depression, debilitating injuries. Few people are able to easily deal with their problems; only those who are incredibly gifted or have simple lives can do it easily. Besides, do you even understand what adolescence is? Are you even an adolescent? We're in an age shift where it's DAMN-hard to deal with even simple problems. If you are in this age-demographic and you've been able to grow up as you so define it, I commend you. It's a difficult and painful process for normal people, though. I don't mean to say your thoughts are wrong, but insulting someone and hiding behind the gauze of anonymity is innapropriate. An important facet of maturing, I believe, is to understand and respect other's feelings even though one might feel differently. Humility, as defined by Benjamin Franklin.
