Days of Happiness 2, 3 and 4
Day 2
I've discovered that Chistmas Eve & Christmas Day are the only time of the year I don't like living in CA. It makes me miss my family about 50 times the usual amount. Even though we weren't able to spend Christmas with parents, grandparents, Kelsey/Ryan or Malory, What mad me happy today is that we did get to spend Christmas with family. About noon-ish the three of us headed over to Betsy, Trisha & Julie's house. We all had dinner together, watched Dr Horrible and then all fell asleep from food coma. Diego had the best day ever - he got to take a nap on the couch snuggled up to both Matt and myself. After naptime, all the humans went to see Marley & Me. We got home well after midnight, but it was a really fun day.
Day 3
What made me happy today is playing with my Christmas present from Matt (Canon SD880 IS digital camera). I spent much of the day reading the manual and learning all the super cool functions.
Day 4
Today is not over yet, but Matt, Diego and I are driving up to North County to go on a nice long hike in the Elfin Forest and I am very excited to use my new camera for real!
