Yes. Yesterday at work, (oh my--yesterday I was so upset because I didn't have/make time to update my lj--because you KNOW how important daily updates are to me--but then I noticed my second entry of the night before had ACTUALLY been posted in the AM of the current day. So I was saved!!), anyway, yesterday at work, this cute family walked in. Seriously, I thought they were great. The guy had his hair arranged weird--like a reverse-mohawk, with the shaved part down the top/center of his head. And the lady had this cool curly longish hair and a spiffish hat, and these AWESOME lace-up boots that went to her knees, and they had a cute little kid who if I recall correctly was wearing a cowboy hat. And my co-worker almost started laughing but managed to keep herself under control, merely flashing a polite friendly smile. She told me I had to check them out though, or else she wouldn't be able to control her laughter. Hmm. So I did ... they bought a lot of stuff. Lots of interesting-looking silk foliage. And some Beanie Babies for their darling child. And they were so friendly too ... ^ˆ^ On the way out, they happened to see this weird "motion detecting" dinosaur on the back shelf behind checkout, and asked how much it was ($9.99) and then, on a total whim, they bought it for the kid. I swear, that child's gotta be so spoiled ... but anyway, I thought they were great and sweet and stuff. I dunno, my mum'd probably tell me I couldn't move out to GV if she knew of my opinion. She keeps telling me NOT TO BE LIKE [random person of "questionable" appearance].

Anyway ... old people certainly are rather odd. I spent like the whole day with them. And my long-absent grandfather from the Caribbean. But I drew derek getting his head chomped on by a "dragon" so all is good. And then I drew Link ... !!
