Icicle Tree
Today I saw an Icicle Tree by our back door. It was very sweet, and I wanted to remember it forever.
It is actually an Icicle Rosemary in front of a pine tree someone got for free for Arbor Day, that was planted in a pot some years ago and never given a proper home. So it's a little small and stunted. But that makes it cute, right? Like a topiary, right?
Here is a closeup of the icicles.
Winter makes things die, but afterwards they come to life again. It's a very nice thing. (However, that dark twig sticking out to the right used to be a very pretty green and pink coleus, and that will not come to life again. However#2, it was free, and broken coleus stems are easy to grow roots on in a cup of water).
