( They had their territory clearly marked out: the easy chair was Hayato's, and the corner of the couch was Haru's. )

Hee! Oh, I'm glad you liked it--it was one of the first ones that caught my eye, and I just couldn't resist it.

(I will admit, a fair bit of the territorial divisions are drawn from experience, either personal or observed. Heh.)

And of course they're all different! Sometimes she wants green tea, and sometimes she wants a black tea, and sometimes she wants something herbal, and then she really can't have too much caffeine late in the day, so she needs her decaffeinated teas...

And meanwhile Gokudera is scratching his head and drinking his coffee, baffled.

I admit, I might actually classify characters based on what I think they prefer to drink. (Yamamoto: tea all the way down; Hibari ditto, and sake; Dino is coffee and red wine; Tsuna is soda pop and wine when he has to; Xanxus is scotch, the stuff that's been aged for years and years and is smoky but not too peaty. And he drinks it neat, not on the rocks.)

Thank you very much! I have to figure that the two of them would have to come to some kind of arrangement, were they to live with each other. Most couples do, but if you get a pair of personalities like Gokudera and Haru....
