So I watched the season finale of The L Word. I might be in a minority here, but I genuinely liked it. Shocking! The world has probably come to an end.
- WTF, Jenny? What. the. fuck?!?
- Bette/Jodi still owns my heart. Bette giving Jodi the sign was one of the most romantic things I've seen in a while and I was all mush inside. Granted, the sign itself was rather hideous, but whatever. Those two are too cute together ♥ Knowing the show, though, I'm pretty sure it won't last.
- I honestly think the relationship between Tina and Bette is a lot sweeter and genuine when they're friends. Although I loved them as an item back in Season 1, now I feel like their friendship has more to offer.
- Tasha, don't go! Nooooo!
- Shane & Paige in the 50s setting = brilliance. I loved that scene. Ingenius! The rumor has it that Kate Moenning hasn't renewed her contract [not yet anyway], so I guess this storyline was a way for the writers to write Shane off the show. If that's indeed the case, I thank the writers for not a) killing her or b) making her move to another state alone and miserable.
- Dana! It was a really short scene, but it was so great to see the old goof ball back <3
- I really hope Helena will get as far away from Catharine as humanly possible. Finally she's coming to her senses. I have a bad feeling about the money she took, though.
- The Phyllis/Joyce hookup was sort of predictable, but damn, I laughed my ass off. And the "that was surreal" line was brilliantly delivered.
- I'm actually looking forward to Season 5. Somebody shoot me.
Is it because of spring, or why am I not into the usual TV series I watch? I'm two episodes behind with Grey's Anatomy, three weeks with Without A Trace, two with CSI: New York... What's happening to me?!
Thank God for Criminal Minds which is getting better and better by the episode and keeping me more than interested. That and Paget Brewster who is
one sexy lady.

Hugh Grant = ♥ I saw
Music & Lyrics yesterday with
gabrillemb and walked out of the theatre a huge grin on my face. I loved the music they used; I nearly bought the soundtrack afterwards. Good romantic comedies are like crack. Or...something. There's something wrong with that analogy. Anyway, I'd probably jump Hugh Grant in a heartbeat, which is highly alarming.
