Wow. I can't believe I'm saying this, but...The L Word is actually getting pretty good again. *gasp* At times I can even see similar sparks as in Season 1. And that's saying a lot.
- Bette, your facial expressions and mannerisms make it all worth while! She was simply fantastic in this episode. And was I the only one who groaned in frustration when the credits started rolling? The chemistry between Bette and Nadia is actually pretty believable.
- Alice & Helena, you should have your own show. I lovelovelove the scenes they share! And they're hilarious on their own as well. Helena as Shane's receptionist? Priceless. And Alice in Bette's office? Heeee!
- Bette, Bette, Bette! Did I mention her already?
- Tina and Henry's party. Jeez. Awkward much? The scenes were rather amusing, but I think it was all a little too black & white. A real stereotype fest.
- Phyllis wooing the cowgirls and Bette looking nothing short of freaked totally made my day. Jennifer Beals, can I have your babies?
This episode was so good that I'm actually looking forward to the next one. Miracles do happen.
