Well, at least they promised to get me Nolwenn Leroy's new album. <3 I'm really into French music again and I've been waiting for ages to get my hands on Nolwenn's newest.
And since I'm on the subject... I pretty much hate rap and hiphop; I've never really understood the point in that genre [and in a way I still don't and I still hate it]. Until now. Damn you Ellen, damn you! The songs she dances to on her show are way too addictive. >____< I can't help liking them. *sobs* Not that I would buy albums or anything, but some individual songs are brilliant. ♥ They make me want to dance! For example, how can you not like the following:
1) 2 Pac feat. Dr Dre - California Love
2) Akon - Belly Dancer [and I'm supposed to be a feminist of some sort...]
3) Fat Joe - Get It Poppin' [gabriellemb, you have to snatch this. >D]
4) MC Hammer - Can't Touch This
5) Nick Cannon feat. R.Kelly - Gigolo
SVU's season finale sounds like a very, very bad soap opera. *headdesk* The way the show's been spiraling downwards lately is starting to get rather hilarious; personally, I can't wait to see how much Season 8 sucks. Now, if only they would release Season 3 & 4 on DVD and I'd be one happy girl. *sigh*
I had a grammar exam today and I probably blew it. Retake in two weeks - here I come! 500 pages of English grammar; I mean, even if you for some weird reason happened to like it, that's just insane. I don't even care about the grade, I just want to pass the friggin' thing. ¬_¬
Next one's on Wednesday; Making of Canada. That should be a rather easy and straightforward quiz exam. I think. Hehe?
