Ah, the summer finale of Rizzoli & Isles. Would you believe it, I actually enjoyed the episode. Incredible. It wasn't without it's are-you-kidding-me moments of ridiculousness, but, all in all, it wasn't all that bad. Although somewhat disjointed in places, the whole Hoyt arc was brought to an end rather nicely

OMG I just caught the first season of Castle on the TV here, and it was AMAZING. I heart that show so hard. I literally was not going out on Friday nights till after ten pm so I could watch it...I don't care how sad that makes me *grin* (and I did fall a little bit in love with Detective Beckett (I still love Nathan Fillion like burning. Is he the lesbian Angelina Jolie? Seriously, you know when straight women always say that AJ is the one woman they would flip for? I'm pretty positive Nathan Fillion is the lesbian Angelina-the one man we'd flip for if we had too...random thought is random *grin*). But I'm guessing it's a lot like R&I appears to be...no-one actually watches it for the crime solving, right? Seriously, if I couldn't figure out the who-dunnits before the second ad break, I used to sulk all week. I think the only ep that caught me out was the one that Joanne Kelly guest-starred in. Now I'm just waiting for them to schedual season 2.

Castle is my big TV love of the recent years. I certainly don't watch it for the plot, and, for some reason, the occasional plot holes don't annoy me nearly as much as those of R&I. And call me weird, but I wouldn't flip for Nathan Fillion, haha. He and Stana together totally bring about my inner het shipper, though, but that's about it. Wah, I can't wait for the new season to premier!

I know! I was so shocked, because I can be quite picky with plot holes. But with Castle, for some reason...it was okay. Almost adorable, even. What is that?
Oh, really? I almost don't ship them (but bear in mind I've only seen S1), because I adore the buddy relationship (like Pete and Myka - I absolutely LOVE their friendship/bro relationship...for the reason that it reminds me absolutely of me and my best friend. I'd like to say that I'm the Myka, but...I'm not, I'm really not. He's always coming out with these bookish/well-informed quotes and I'm always looking a little dumbfounded and grinning a lot...I'm not sure how I feel about being the Pete to his Myka, but I think I'm learning to live with it). And you've never seen Firefly?
I can't wait for Channel 5 to get their collective arses in gear and schedual S2! What are they waiting for?!

Aww, having a Pete/Myka type of a relationship with someone is the best ever!
As for Firefly... No, I've never seen a single episode. Ahem.
