Attention all agents, and for that matter, anyone else.
I am sure you have all seen the audio post from Vice Commander Ivan.
He's alive, but... his injuries are serious. They would HAVE to be to put him down like that... He's in critical condition, and he's comatose. But... he's alive. Armadimon suffered injury as well, and is currently unconscious, but Ivan seems to have taken the worst of it...
We know, just from that audio message, that the attacker was Kagura Tsukasa. He hasn't acted this openly in awhile, so that alone is... worrying.

I would like for all agents to be on alert. Investigations will need to turn their eyes towards this, obviously, and Vent, if you could cover the crime scene, I would appreciate it.

Kagura wouldn't have done something like this without something to gain from it. This attack is certainly not random, and we should only expect it's the start of something else.
Be careful.
However, at the very least, I would like to personally thank Kouki for finding Ivan and getting him the attention he needed.
