So yesterday I gave up on the Wii. I've been looking for months now without success and yesterday I succumbed to the lure of the PSP. Today I stopped at the local GameStop to look at games. My Husband was wanting one bad and we even set up a release day door watch on Costco, but they didin't get them in on/before release day so we tried to call them every day and stop in nearly every morning but the day they came in he got there five minutes too late. Anyway he, at the time,(he got a better job 3 months ago) worked at the mall and they were setting up the new Gamestop to open on the 1st of Dec. and he was walking by the day before and saw people working inside and found out they were going to open early but not til that afternoon, well when he had to go get the mail or something that afternoon he saw a handfull of people hanging outside the store and he asked what was going on, the people said they have Wiis and PS3s, so naturally he asked if they had any more Wiis left and they had only one left, he said to the guy "that ones mine". Here's the best part he didn't have the checkbook and he doesn't have a check card for the account with the money in it so he had to call me and ask me to get my tail to the mall ASAP and I work about 15-20 minutes from the mall. Luckily they were taking one person into the store at a time for the purchases as they weren't really open yet and very short staffed to have the doors open.I got there just as he was at counter, he was last so they had started to ring it up too. All we got was the Wii, took it home and didn't wait for Christmas. The next day we took in a whole bunch of other games for trade, they were doing tons of extra bonus credit things so we ended up with about 5 wii games but some were not even out yet, like Warioware(that one we got pretty much for free cause you got sopmething like 30% on your trade-ins if you reserved a copy)...Wow Sorry didn't mean to out over post a comment...
