Didn't think I would make it on time to work this morning. I was running really late -- pressed snooze way too many times! Had to run to catch the bus, literally. Made it though. If I hadn't made that one I would have been late for sure!

I have lost a few pounds myself and I don't want to lose momentum in Toronto since I want to lose about 80 total pounds. I figure if our hotel serves a breakfast they usually have fairly healthy options, and we can pocket a piece of fruit to eat between events so that when we sit down for another meal we won't be really starving. Anyway, that is what I am hoping will happen. It will keep costs down, too.
Also at other conferences for work stuff hotels have provided water stations with cups and ice water or iced bottled water. So we can keep our belly's full and our bodies healthy and flushing away anything we take in that isn't the best. Like beer, lol. Though I don't like beer so it will have to be wine or a mixed drink for me, lol.
