Kitchen Mishap
Made orange shortbread for the boy's dad's birthday today, and they came out pretty well. Not too soft and crumbly, and a nice orange flavor. But as they were cooling on a rack in the kitchen, my sweatshirt caught on the cooling rack and toppled the lot.
Most of them shattered :(
Still, half of them were still good and I filled out the box with chocolate peanut butter ones. Still, that was definitely a "noooooooooooooo" moment.
